Brad is a retired LEO Officer who worked for the Ft Bend Sheriff’s Office and the Midland Police Department, from which he retired in 2013. As a police officer, Brad served as a lead DT Instructor, an FTO, and a certified TCOLE Instructor.
Brad is a 2nd Degree BJJ Black Belt and has an extensive BJJ/MMA competitive background. Brad has won Gold and Bronze Medals in BJJ Masters World Competition, No Gi Worlds Bronze Medals, a PanAm Silver Medalist, and an OK Combat JJ Heavyweight Champion.
In MMA, Brad competed competitively from 2000 to 2011. He retired from an active MMA competition with a Professional record of 11-8. Since retiring from active competition, Brad has coached and managed fighters who have competed in the UFC, Bellator, Strikeforce, Rizin FF, PFL, WSOF, Legacy, WEC, Abu Dhabi Warriors, Titan FC, KOTC, and more.
Brad has a unique mixture of LEO experience, personal training, high-level competition, and coaching. As a student, Brad has attended C4C PJJ events and has shadowed PJJ coaches in other LEO training events. Brad continues to be a resource for Midland Texas LEOs in his area as a coach.
