Bob Duffy has been an active law enforcement officer since 2004. He currently serves as a Sgt for the Walworth County SO, where he has worked since 2007. Bob is a former correction ERT Team member, gang unit officer, FTO, and crisis intervention team member.

Bob is a State of WI LEO board certified instructor and a certified taser instructor. Bob also serves as a State of WI professional communications skills certified instructor and a principles of subject control certified instructor.

Bob is the Co-owner and lead instructor at Crossover BJJ Academy. Bob is a 1st degree BJJ Black Belt and a 2nd-degree Taekwondo Black Belt with over 25 plus years of Martial Arts Experience. Bob is a former MMA competitor and coach. Bob has trained directly with Chad Lyman in C4C PJJ and is a high-level PJJ Instructor.
