SUMMARY:C4C Police Jiu-Jitsu Level Two - Cheyenne\, WY
DESCRIPTION:C4C Police Jiu-Jitsu Level Two \nDeveloped by some of the foremost LE Instructors in the field\, C4C PJJ is a complete Law Enforcement Control & Defensive Tactics system based on achieving reasonable LEO outcomes of Control and then Custody. Our courses are not simply Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) lesson plans relabeled as “LEO Training.” Our Level 2 course is designed to improve and build upon material covered in our Level 1 course and further develop an Officer’s confidence\, capability\, control\, and compassion for subjects that they may have to use force on. \nAs part of each C4C PJJ course a “Game Plan” or Course Curriculum for that Level will be provided that can be used as an Agencies’ sole Control & Defensive Tactics (DT) Curriculum or may be used to supplement an Agencies’ existing Use of Force curriculum. \n  \nLevel 2 Course Eligibility:  \n\n\nLevel 2 course candidates will have completed a C4C PJJ Level 1 Course and continued to train PJJ on a consistent basis for at least one year following their Level 1 Course and/or have a current PJJ Rank of Level 2 or higher. Candidates with a PJJ rank of Level 2 or higher automatically qualify\, and prior Level 1 students will be given strong consideration. Best candidates will also have a BJJ Blue Belt (or very close to one) or the equivalent. Prior experience which would also be considered includes varsity level or collegiate wrestling experience\, amateur/pro MMA experience\, ranked belts in other grappling arts (i.e Judo)\, military combative systems\, and Gi or No Gi BJJ Experience.  Although not required\, best candidates will have LEO and private BJJ Coaching experience. PJJ and/or other relevant training/rank may qualify a student with limited teaching experience. \n  \n\n\nLevel 2 -course topics include: \n\n4 Fundamental Principles that every DT program should have\n3 Fundamental Sub-Concepts of Subject Control\nUse of Force Decision Making\nDe-Escalation\nEffective Communication\nPunch Defense\nSolo & Team Suspect Control/Handcuffing\nEffective Striking\nPunch Defense on the Ground\nTakedowns and Takedown Defense\nWeapon Retention on the Ground\nPositional Ground Defense\nWeapon Defense – Standing & Ground – and More!\n\nInstruction and demonstration of effective teaching strategies:  \n\nHow to Safely run Control & Defensive Tactics Training\nProven methods to plan a Course or Training Day\nTeaching methodology that enhances student recall and performance in the field\nStudent Teach backs\n\n\nCourse Completion:  \nOfficers who successfully attend and complete the course will be graded/ranked at an appropriate level. Students with extensive training\, coaching and LEO experience may be graded out higher by C4C PJJ Instructors at a Level 2 course upon completion. Students who complete a Level 2 Course\, but have limited PJJ or BJJ experience coming into the course\, are not guaranteed to be graded at a Level 2 or higher by PJJ Instructors. Those students may still receive a certificate of attendance for the course and a rank certificate recognizing a Level 1 PJJ rank. Students with no prior PJJ or BJJ experience maybe better suited to find a PJJ Level 1 Course as opposed to a Level 2 course. Completing Level 2 or higher will authorize students to attend advanced C4C PJJ coursework (Level 3-5) in the future. Students are encouraged to use the curriculum from the training to instruct other Officer’s within their department. Graduates are not certified to teach or represent C4C PJJ outside of department duties without invitation and written authorization from Chad Lyman. \n\n\n\n\n\nEnrollment: \nLimited to Active LEOs and Approved Civilians Only. Candidates should consider the additional requirements for best candidates outlined in this document. Contact Chad Lyman directly via email C4CPJJ@gmail.com or cell 702-336-6543 with any additional questions or to schedule a course. \nFor payment via PO: Please contact Amanda@pfcgoc.com or call 702.647.1126 \nCancellation\, Refund and Deposit Terms and Conditions: \n\n50% of registration/course fee is non-refundable.\n75% of registration/course fee is non-refundable if customer cancels within 15 days or less prior to the first day of training.\n100% of registration/course fee is non-refundable if customer no-shows on first day of training.\nIf PFC must cancel or postpone a scheduled course\, the full registration fee may be refunded or applied to future training.\nFor scheduling custom courses\, a 50% deposit\, due at time of booking\, is required to secure dates on the PFC Training Calendar.\n\n*Rescheduling options available for specific courses. SUMMARY:C4C Police Jiu-Jitsu Level One - Morristown\, NJ
DESCRIPTION:C4C Police Jiu-Jitsu Level One \nA “game plan” or course curriculum comes with each level that can be used as the department’s exact defensive tactics (DT) curriculum or supplement a department’s current DT curriculum.  \nC4CPJJ Level 1 includes a bonus foundation level for officers without experience in DT or combatives. This foundational level material is perfect for an academy setting\, for officers in an FTO position\, or for police departments who do not have a current control/grappling curriculum and wish to transition to this type of training.  \nC4CPJJ is a complete DT system based on the LEO’s reasonable outcomes of control and then custody. The foundation level sets the foundation\, and level one allows officers to progress over time\, realizing growth in their personal ability within the DT program. As officers continue to improve and grow\, they will develop increased confidence\, capability\, control\, and compassion for subjects they may have to use force on. It is NOT a simple BJJ lesson plan called “LEO” Training.” \nLevel 1 -course topics include: \n\n4 Fundamental Principles that every DT program should have 3 Fundamental Sub-Categories of Subject Control\nUse of force\nDecision making \nDe-escalation\nContact communication\nPunch Defense\nControl in solo officer and team settings Takedowns and takedown defense\nGround control and ground defense\nHandcuffing\nWeapon retention\, weapon defense\, and more. \n\n\nInstruction and demonstration of effective teaching strategies:  \n\nSafely running combative training\nProven methods to plan a course or training day\nTeaching methodology that enhances student recall and performance in the field \n\n\nCourse Completion:  \nOfficers who successfully attend and complete the course will receive credit at the appropriate level. SUMMARY:C4C Police Jiu-Jitsu Level One - Las Vegas\, NV
