Sgt. Isaac Payne is currently with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office in Idaho and has worked in law enforcement since 2004. He has worked in corrections, detention, and patrol. He is a certified Arrest Techniques instructor for the state of Idaho.
Sgt. Payne has been doing martial arts his whole life, including Wrestling, Karate, Muay Thai, Boxing, Krav Maga, and extensive training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Currently, he is a brown belt under Master Rigan Machado. Issac had an amateur mixed martial arts career of 6-1. He has and hopes to soon return to Jiu-Jitsu competition.
Issac served in the United States Air Force as a Network Intelligence Analyst. He has had several opportunities to apply his knowledge in the intelligence field to law enforcement.
Currently, he owns his own Jiu-Jitsu school, PAC Jiu-Jitsu, in Rexburg, Idaho. Issac teaches Jiu-Jitsu for self-defense, amateur and professional fighters, and law enforcement at his school.
Isaac has trained with C4C PJJ several times and served as an Assistant Instructor for numerous PJJ projects.
