Jerry Hallert has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Reno in Human Ecology in 2001. Initially, Jerry put his degree into use teaching secondary education in San Jose, Ca. Jerry switched his career to Law Enforcement and currently holds the rank of Lt. Jerry has been a police officer since 2007.
Jerry was the lead defensive tactics instructor for his agency from 2008-to 2012. He was a drug recognition expert instructor from 2010-to 2012. In 2020 Jerry was the National Wellness Award Winner. (NLEOMF/DOJ)
Jerry has experience in patrol, bicycle teams, undercover operations/tactics, leadership, instructor development, investigations, first-line supervisor management, and training.
